Spaces are on the tighter side but otherwise good parking and close walk to town center

Please make the car park work better. It used to be fine. Now the machines are more often broken than not. The ANPR doesn't work and people get stuck at the barrier.
I waited an hour to exit the car park the day of an event at the weekend.
And your staff on the intercom don't seem to care that there's always a problem.

Still not that clear about how to pay. Using the app, the car reg is not always recognised so you have to exit the car and go to the machine.
