I was charged 6 days parking for 5.5 hours today- an absolute disgrace. especially as I was in the same car park when the ANPR failed last wednesday. £96.20 is totally incorrect!!!!

Spaces are on the tighter side but otherwise good parking and close walk to town center

Please make the car park work better. It used to be fine. Now the machines are more often broken than not. The ANPR doesn't work and people get stuck at the barrier.
I waited an hour to exit the car park the day of an event at the weekend.
And your staff on the intercom don't seem to care that there's always a problem.
