Manor Road, SS0

Because of the tree it is very difficult to park in the space. It was especially difficult when we returned to the car at 5pm, as with the cars on the street it took an experienced driver several minutes to leave the space

Easy parking and only 5 minutes away from Cliffs Pavillion Highly recommend

The simplicity in booking, good price as well. The address is as easy to find and close to where we were going and we were away from the crowded parking. Thank you ☺️

Easy to book. Much cheaper than pay and display especially as I planned to be park for upto 7 hours. Was a easy quick 10min walk to Cliffs Pavilion.

Good space, good host, would use again

Lovely spot easy to find, perfect for Cliffs Pavillion(walk the road past the train station, the beach route is very steep!) Tree- not a problem. Got a 7 seater Merc in with a car parked in the adjacent space and one on the kerb. Unless your car is very long or extra wide a good driver can get parked.

Easy to book, easy to find. Perfect alternative to over packed car parks

Good space, easy for cliffs pavilion. Booked last minute, was simple and easy. Nice walk to the theatre too.

Location good for theatre. Whilst there was space for two cars, it was difficult to get on and off the drive due to another car adjacent to the space and tree blocking part of the dropped kerb. The tree was mentioned in previous reviews, however the photos of the space are with no other cars on the drive, therefore portraying easy access into this space. This space is not easy to drive into.

I did feel slightly awkward leaving my vehicle only because it was my first time doing this but everything was ok, just hard to manoeuvre as there is a huge tree across the space.
