The owner had forgotten to move her car so the driveway was full. I had to knock and call her mobile. She asked if we had booked and had to look on her app to find us. Then we had to wait whilst she de-iced her vehicle and moved the car.
This took 10 mins. Luckily, I was still on time for my hospital appt.
