The vehicle registration number barrier would not open. When I went to the pay kiosk and entered my registration it did not recognise that I had pre-paid via JustPark so I had to pay £8 to exit

You charged me £6.19 to park in a shopping centre car park on a Sunday and when I arrived I found out that the standard charge is 50p all day on Sundays.

Easy to find driving in, but poor signposting inside to find my way out on foot and it took AGES - and some help from a shopkeeper - to find the right car park from within the Wulfrun shopping centre!

I paid and then I had to confirm my phone number … this section just went in circles so I could not be sure of the reservation or how to proceed when I arrived at designated car park . So I didn’t use it and wasted my money

I got a £60 parking fine which i appealed but has been upheld as they say just park do not have the right to sell spaces for this car park
