The process was very easy but as I booked a space in a Sainsbursy car park, the space was in fact not guaranteed as we had to drive round and round for 10 minutes on a busy saturday next to an event just to find a space. I thought by reserving/booking a space and paying for it (even though the car park is free to park for 3 hours) I would have a designated space from Justpark. So I basically paid over £5 for a free car park and still had to drive round and round until a space became free. This did not alleviate any stress from our special Christmas event which has been booked for 8 months.
