Easy to register and clear instructions with regard to where to park.

Handy for the station and to know you have a parking space. Most cars seemed to be parked considerately too!

Great car park in an ideal location for the train. The lighting is adequate as it is right next to the station which is constantly lit and with a good tarmac road and parking surface and pavements to the station, there is also a lift to the ticket hall.

it would be useful if the car park could be signed such that it's clear it's the Just Pay car park.

Link to Sat nav directions was a great help. Took me straight there no fuss.

I knew the big car park but did not know that Just Park was further along the road. The overall experience was good and cheap at £17 for 35hrs however, I was not sure which parking space was mine as I had pre booked it so I picked a vacant slot. Im not sure what would have happened if the car park was full.There should have been a Reserved notice or a text to let me know which slot was mine. This is the only reason I gave Four Stars rather than Five.

Great rates, good e-mail communication. Clearer signage at the station (Swindon) may be helpful.
