Reserving and paying for my space in Swindon Wiltshire was very easy. I booked initially for 8 hours but the app told me the rate was the same for a full 24 hours. Though I didnt need an overnight stay this time I will use this car park again. Also the car park is very close to the station so no long walks in the dark. Would highly recommend.

I was parked at Swindon Bus Station. The first parking bay on the right on Wednesday 15th May from around 6am until after 9pm when I arrived back at the train station. I saw a small crack on my front bumper. How do I go about this? My car registration number is YT68OYB

First time using pre-booked car park. Really helpful to save time getting train to London. I was confused about leaving car park as there is no mention of on-line booking at the car park pay station only App and pay now. So I wasn't sure if I could just leave without putting my number plate in.
