Signal Point Swindon (Pre-book)

Paid for NO space! Have requested a refund, waiting to be contacted. A first and last experience.

Very muddy, tight spaces, poor entrance signage. very hard to find

This car park is perfect for Swindon Station - right next door and with decent sized spaces.

First time using pre-booked car park. Really helpful to save time getting train to London. I was confused about leaving car park as there is no mention of on-line booking at the car park pay station only App and pay now. So I wasn't sure if I could just leave without putting my number plate in.

I struggled to find a space. I had to wait for someone to leave. Also it was so over parked that you could not drive round to exit but had to reverse out the car park

I was extremely happy with my JustPark experience but have only rated it as one star as I’m afraid I received notice of an intended fine of £100 from APCOA regarding this parking. I have appealed and sent my confirmation email from JustPark as I genuinely believed I had booked and paid correctly for this parking. I haven’t heard back yet.

Very good value and very near the station Parking instructions are incorrect. If you enter at the station end you are faced with a no entry sign except for authorised vehicles
