Great parking spot suitable for larger car (e.g. my Tesla MY), with a nice walk to Lydiard Park. Used it for the Lydiard fireworks to avoid the main traffic madness.
Very nice and polite owner (accidentally bumped into them when returning).
All in all, great choice and will come back next year
