I was really pleased with the run-up to my actually parking my car in the allocated spot. The communication with Just Park was great, with helpful reminders in advance and it was easy to change the time I needed to park.
That said, when it came to actually parking my car, I couldn't find the spot! I couldn't find the physical address where I was supposed to park my car. Luckily, there was a free car parking spot just round the corner of where google maps sent me, so I could just park there for free and didn't miss my train. I would say an improvement on Just Park would be to send a photo of the street and the allocated parking spot, to make it easier to find.
