The spaces here are small we had a standard size car , parked straight and ended up with damage to the door when we got back as someone didn't bother pulling forward to let their back passengers in/out, so instead opened there doors into our car. Baring in mind when we came there was no car next to us at all.
But there generally very tight . So the driver should have compensated for this, as we did and got in once the driver had pulled forward. Spaces definitely need to be adjusted , heaven forbid we had a 4 wheel drive. Ideal if you own a Fiat or equivalent small car.

Spots were there, although the parking spaces are on the narrow side and I was sandwiched between a hedge and another car, so was a little difficult to get in and out, but managed in the end.
Location is great, no major issues.

Drove past entrance 1st time as its in the car park of the abandoned casino. No signs indicating its a just park location so was a bit worried we were in wrong location. Lots of signs for another parking company saying you had to call to pay & book their spaces.

I used the app directions to take me to the parking spot and was directed to the permit holders only car park beside this one. Having not used JustPark before, I thought maybe residents rented out parking spots. Unfortunately this was not the case, and I’ll now be liable for a PCN two days in a row, despite booking a space to take the kids out for the weekend. :( This mistake will cost me a fortune, just be sure to double check the car park you are being directed to

No parking spaces until someone left. Clearly someone isn't managing the car park, no one on site had any clue about the parking situation, or even if we were at the correct car park as there was another one parallel to the car park.
There was no contact number on the account so we could clarify, surely if someone advertises their car parking spaces, then there should be someone to contact if there are issues.

Great parking close to the beach and Aquapark (which is really good) but .. be careful as there are two roads call Southchurch avenue so make sure you use the postcode on sat nav
