When I booked the the parking space it was saying 12 minutes walk but it was 1.5 miles which is seven minute drive then I have to find another parking spot which I lost 8 pound 50 I try to request refund but none refundable

Absolutely ridiculous. Arrived to find all three spaces occupied. No one answered the phone despite calling multiple times. Total waste of time.

Came back to the parking space and we were totally blocked in by another car. Tried calling the number for the person who owns the space - number unavailable, no answer. We had to ring all the flats in the nearby block, by sheer luck we found the gentleman who has blocked us in. Turns out he 'shares' the spaces with the guy who rents them out and parked in front of us as he often uses the space.
Irrespective of whether true or not, or possibly some innocent misunderstanding; we were left with no way of getting help and by sheer luck avoided being stuck overnight in Southend. Do not use this space.

The spot was relatively easy to find.
I had never worked on of the bollards before so it took a little while to figure out how to work it.
