The driveway is suitable for medium-sized vehicles and has space for 2 cars.
For your peace of mind, the property has 24/7 CCTV, and the driveway is located on a well-lit main road, with a street light directly outside the house. This makes the area feel safe and well-lit, especially if you’re collecting your car/ parking when dark.
Parking instructions:
Please kindly park towards one side of the driveway, leaving enough room for a second vehicle. We have previously had occasions where a car has unintentionally been parked in the middle, preventing another vehicle from using the space.

It was a lovely spot on Winchester road. Easy to find and good landmarks. Black door, big house number, street lamp to the left of it. Comfortably fits the car on there I had a Tesla so the length of a 3 series or mondo style.

I love using this car space as it is just less than 10 minutes walk to the hospital. Right in front of the owners property, so I know my car is safe. Would definitely recommend it. Space is enough for my Kia Niro, even with the owners car there.

The space was not available and the owner did not answer the phone. this was a real problem at I had a hospital appointment.

Only thing to consider is, advert says two spaces but you'll need to park your car to the fence side if possible, which isn't mentioned in the advert we were called after we'd already left the car. On returning another car was parked, and seems tight if two larger cars. Nothing wrong with that just being mindful. Good space, easy to find, nice clean garden and not far from Cruise terminal was only £10 in taxi. Would use again if our normal space wasn't available.

The space was easy to find and ample room for a medium sized vehicle.
The decision to use this space was a balance between cost and proximity to the docks.
On reflection I would definitely not hesitate in using this space again.
