I've left a similar review on Trust Pilot. Very easy to book in advance, good price for 5 hours city centre parking, a few minutes walk away from Mayflower theatre so ideal for us. Directions provided were spot on, we'd definitely use JustPark again. Thank you.

When I arrived there was only one 3/4 space left as the car next to it had parked over the line. The rest of the space was covered in rubbish and broken glass. There was a half space in front of a boarded up building so I parallel parked across it and the 3/4 space. Lots of notices about cctv and threats of being fined. Let's hope not! Would not use again.

Could have done with better night time lighting. All a bit scruffy but fit fit purpose. Missed the entrance as there didn’t seem to be any signage.

There were spaces when we got there early Saturday morning but it wasn’t an allocated or saved space so I don’t know if there would have been one if I had got there later. It was however really close to the station and excellent for our use. Thank you.

Great place to park! A little dirty - there was a dead rat next to our car when we got back - but otherwise great.

The parking space was taken. I would like a refund please. You made me late to the Southampton 10k race as I had to park a mile away from the start line, 200 metres as planned. I have photographic evidence of the full car park.
