I booked through the app but could not see the booking on the morning of travelling so booked elsewhere. (Thinking it's been cancelled) I have been in touch with just park all week emailing back and forth (stressful considering meant to be on holiday on a cruise)they finally found the booking the day of returning from a weeks cruise and refused to refund. I wasn't aware that cause I used Apple Pay the booking goes to a different account. Now just park refusing refund.
Apologies to the space owner not their fault but just park should look at this as it will happen quite often in the future more people using Apple Pay. I'm £54 out of pocket but hey ho upwards and onwards. I have marked the space as good as I parked here before

Great communication and space was enormous. It was probably me but I didn't find Riverdene Place that easy to find. Parking easy to locate once I found Riverdene Place
