Market Quarter Car Park

Perhaps a sign to inform pedestrians of how to exit and which button to press would help. As it wasn't clear where to go to go, or that you needed to share the exit with vehicles. It felt very secure and was a well lit space.

Not easy to find (gmaps takes you slightly off course). To get in, you have to call. We waited on hold for 5 mins. Then someone remotely lets you in. But because we also had to get out of the car park once we'd parked, my wife had to stand outside, stay on the line to the operator and wait for me (as the phone wouldn't work underground). When I got in to the underground car park, now without my phone I realised I didn't know the various bay numbers we were allowed to park in. It's all a bit of a mess, with bad instructions and no autonomy. When we wanted to return to the car we had the same rigmarole. Just Park cannot get you in, only the carpark managers can do that. We wouldn't use this or any other 'Park Bee' space again. It's a parking space, it shouldn't be this complicated.

This is an excellent parking spot, really close to the docks. However, you need to have the app to open the door and that wasn't made clear. If I had known that the experience would have been perfect. So really recommended, but get the app then you can get in and out smoothly .

Excellent and very easy to use and park!

Utter nightmare. There is no 'button to press' to raise the barrier, just a QR code that wanted me to start downloading software. Called the emergency no and finally got through to someone who could raise the door remotely. On return at 7:00 pm had the same problem of getting in to garage. Emergency no did not work - no human being answered. Had to wait ages until a car came out and we were able to scramble under the raised door. Never again.

Great customer service

Parking space was great and once we got in car park was very good. However instructions to get into carpark are poor. There is no physical button on the entrance. A button to open or close the main shutter appears in the Just Park app when you are in the booking page and arrive there. but it took 15 mins to do so. Also parking company who manage site were not available via their 24hour contact number and took 25 hours to respond via email. Once it appears on the app the button to open the shutters works really well, but the instructions to get into the carpark need to be re written so people understand and ca get in.

Very easy to book online but i have not parkrd there yet

Could not find parking bays and car park directions very poor so had to park in multi story in another location and pay another parking payment
