I had booked this space for the whole working day and when I arrived there were no spaces available. The space owner answered promptly but was unable to help and told me to park on the road and return in 2 hours when a space would be made available where I'd booked. This was frustrating as I would expect the space to be available from the time I had booked it. My booked space was then cancelled and I was left with no parking for the day which meant having to move my car every 2 hours between residential roads. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
