Space description
After a break in letting out our spaces, the spaces will be available for 2026 onwards.
In total there is 2 permanent vehicle space on private drive (side by side) which can accommodate a crossover 4x4, and estate on there at the same time.
By request we have a space behind the gates for up to a sprinter van / caravan length vehicle, so plenty of room length and width. This space is also covered by a security camera.
The drive is in quiet residential street were the majority of residence work from or at home during the day .
We are located very close to:
*Short walk - Woolston Train Station,
*Just over the Itchen Bridge - Southampton Football Club's St Mary's Stadium and Southampton Oceanography Centre,
*15 mins walk / a few bus or train stops / short taxi ride - Southampton City Centre
*a short journey by bus links or taxi - Red Funnel Ferries Terminal (Isle of Wight crossing) and Southampton Cruise Terminal and Container Port.
*We do have links by bus and train to Southampton Airport.
We are happy to assist with travel and transfer arrangements to any destination. For those travelling on long journey we are more than happy to offer the bathroom a quick freshen up depending on time of arrival.
We have no need to move or enter cars so you keep your keys. The space you book is the space you keep for your stay.

This parking space was like leaving my car with friends. A really quiet residential area. Car left on their driveway. The owners welcomed me when I arrived, asked if I needed to use the loo, warned me by text that evening that I'd left the side lights on but not to worry as they would be here to help me jump start the car if need be. They helped with directions for my onward journey on foot. When I returned, the same hospitality was offered. My car didn't need a jump start, but we stayed and chatted for ages and they showed us around their new camper van! Really really lovely couple! Thank you xx

Very freindly owners . Brisk 20 min walk to football stadium over the bridge with great veiws . Easy get away after game no traffic at all .thank you and will defo use again .

Easy to find using satnav. Plenty of room for a wide car. 20-25 minutes steady walk to St Mary's Stadium.

Used for game at st marys, the walk is 20 mins but the route in and out is traffic and hassle free. Owner communication is wzcellent a d very frue dly. I would recommend 4sure
