It is in an ideal location if you are visiting the university. Space is just about adequate for a larger car, but the owners do need to prune the bushes back as it was difficult to manoeuvre the car, particularly out of the space.

Couldn't park as there was a car blocking the entrance. Obviously ripping people off taking money then making sure it's inaccessible

The house has a name so it confused me a little when I arrived to park. The parking space is on an incline so good clutch control is a must and the entrance to the space is tighter than the space itself, no problem for my fiesta, although a bit more care would be required for larger vehicles. Otherwise all good.
