Was nervous initially due to a few old negative reviews but had no need to be. was a great location for cruise parking, great communication from vendor and safe/secure place to park. Would use again no hesitation.

The parking is extremely tight. Luckily I'm small and agile and could climb over the passenger seat to the drivers seat when I left as the car in the neighbouring space was very close to my car. It’s about a 30 minute walk to Mayflower cruise terminal.

Really friendly and helpful
Space owner. Would not hesitate in recommending this place to others. Would use again. Good location for Horizon and Mayflower cruise terminals - walked down and uber was less than a fiver back to the car.

On arrival we were met by a very friendly gentleman and we parked our car where he told us to.
When we came to collect the car he had parked his car so that we couldn't leave without him moving his. We knocked on his door and he came out and told us that we had broken a slat slab on the driveway when we parked up. We told him that we didn't do it and he said that I'd asked you not to park on the path. He was outside when we parked the car and didn't say anything at that time but he said he called my mobile after I had left but I didn't have any missed calls or messages. He wanted us to pay £50 so that he could replace it but I don't believe that firstly we broke it and secondly that if he was outside watching at the time why didn't he say at the time.
This is the first time that we have had any problems when using just park. It was quite upsetting after having a relaxing holiday.
Please advise me with the procedure for anything like this?

Great space, would definitely recommend if you need to go to the train station, its only a 10min walk. The space is down a quiet road so fairly safe, I didn't have any problems!

The car that was parked by the path - left me no space to get back into my car - therefore I had to climb over from the passenger side.
