We were given a promo code from the Radisson Blu but the website did not ask for a promo code.
We pre paid as per the instructions from the hotel but the email messages we received provided no instructions only saying you are set to go. We arrived at the parking lot and took a ticket as we had no idea what happened to our pre payment. There was no QR code to scan or instructions.
Upon leaving the following day we tapped our credit card to see if the prepayment would open the gate. When that didn’t work we inserted the ticket and used the same credit card to pay 25£ to get out of the car park
So in total we paid 27.79£ + 5£ for insurance pre payment and another 25£ to get out of the parking lot. I will be in touch for a refund of the 25£.

All excellent; however, the parking spaces are very tight. Maybe notices could be displayed requesting that drivers ensure that their car is parked entirely within the confines of the marked space?

Really handy car park for the City Hall but what a nightmare getting out, there were traffic lights inside the car park due to road works outside. Had we known that it would take forever to get out, some people were an hour, we would have choosen another one.

Extremely disappointed. Not happy as I made a genuine mistake with the times. Put am instead of pm and they would not reimburse my pre payment of £17. Even though I ended up paying £24. For the same time booked in.

Straight forward, the barrier opened when I approached it. Completely hassle free parking. Lift down to the ground floor and in the middle of Sheffield for easy access to Hallam University.
