Q-Park Castlegate Car Park

Very easy from start to finish. I will always use JustPark, especially when visiting another city.

I do not recommend and advise avoiding, despite the earlier payment online, I had to pay extra in the parking lot, Just park was unable to refund me for the booking that I did not use, despite the fact that I sent them all confirmations, both the booking number and the bill which I had to pay additionally

Very secure car park, good location

It's an enclosed car park so the car was nice and secure, just pulled up to metal doors and they opened, very easy to book on line and would book there again, was nice and easy.

Cost of parking is slightly high but given the city centre location and the security of this parking site, its removes something to worry about when planning a journey of about 250 miles round trip.

Given a code to get in / out but no where to enter code. No problem getting in but getting out I had to call customer services. Not ideal at 11.00pm but did get sorted.

Everything went well, followed all instructions that were sent , could not understand why we had to pay at the machine when we paid online , we were their from South Shields so had to pay at the machine so we could get out , so it was poor from Just Park to send instructions that were not good , will obviously try to never use them again

Code did not work, ended up paying twice said “ticket not valid for this car park”

Had to pay double because they never sent a barcode through. What’s the point in pre paying if you then have to pay again ?
