Excellent as usual
Easy to use
Simple drive up reg number recognition, park up nice clear spaces , then use QR Code to gain access back in through security doors.
Then easy drive straight out !

Takes all the jeopardy of trying to find somewhere to park in town. Been twice in 3 days drove in parked up and then left no hassle either time. No searching ages for a space. Would not hesitate to use again.

Booked a Q park long stay through just park which was easy to do, however it was the same cost as just paying direct at the car park. This was even more frustrating because I was nearly late returning to my car because of train delays and there was no method of increasing the length of stay - got back with 1 minute to spare! So in future I will just pay at the car park pay station.

It was easy making a booking but I wasn’t clear if the time of arrival and departure were mandatory - could I arrive a bit earlier of leave a bit later without paying more and what I needed to do. If anything, to depart. I didn’t realise there was a code to punch in as it was a state rail and not included or mentioned in the confirmation email.
In the end I had to call the help line and receive a new code. I’ll know for next time.

The car park is a few meters away from the train station. I’ve never had the need to park there before. It was reasonably priced bearing in mind we parked the car for 10 hours. The car park was clean, well lit and clear signage ( I still managed to drive the wrong way to get out though
