Parking on Rustic Court, S9

Alot easier than parking at the arena. Didn't have to sit waiting ages to get out of carpark.

Easy to book and no contact required with owne. Just park and go.

There was no parking space available, to cars were parked where we had booked and the owner was not in the address. We arrived on time at 12.oo there were no contact details on the booking so we couldn't speak to him. We had to find somewhere else to park I am very displeased and would like a refund please Regards Jane

Parking not as advertised. Arrived expecting to park on a grass section of garden next to the driveway of a private house. However the owner already had a vehicle parked there. Called the owner to be told to park up on the road directly outside the address. Essentially we paid for on-street parking, when if we had wanted to do that there was plenty available for free! Walk to the venue was through an industrial estate and park, which did not feel safe at night. Then returned to the car to find somebody had pulled up closely behind it, making it extremely difficult to get out. Will not be using again!

space doesn't exist as far as I could see & there was no answer from the owner for assistance

When we got to the parking space another car was parked in the space so we had to find somewhere else to park it was very dissatisfying and I paid for someone else to park there most disappointing

Space was taken when I got there. Rang owner who claimed just park had double booked it. Had to park elsewhere and request a refund.

Good communication from the owner. Around 20 mins walk to the arena and afterwards was back on the m1 in 10 mins. Will use again.
