Easy to use the booking system, not so easy to find. That area of Sheffield has had a lot of changes since I was last there still I did find it in the end and it was close to my destination and I got there in plenty of time.

Great initially parking experience, rollers up, recognised vrn, entry great. Plenty of bays free.
Until I tried to extend the parking period via the app, couldn't!
Tried calling the helpline 3 times! Got sent a link to solve this, couldn't! Frustrated as I thought I was going to not get out or get a massive extra charge!
In the end it let me out , but I was frustrated in the mean time.

Easy to book in advance with great directions. Only issue we had was understanding how to get back into the car park as we didn’t have a ticket or a QR code so had to wait for someone coming out! Then spent 15 minutes wondering if we needed a ticket to get out of the barrier. We decided to phone the support number given for assistance, so helpful talking us through what to do
