On arrival at the car park, we were told by the car park attendant that the car park owner no longer did business with Just Park, and we should have been notified by Just Park that our booking was no longer valid! We had to pay £5 cash to be allowed to park!! We had no other option but to pay!
No notification of a change was received from Just Park. In fact, I received an email to reconfirm my booking, the day before it was due to start. This email to request a review has reminded me that I was going to contact you about our experience.
The car park itself was good and a great location near to Bramall Lane.

Easy to find and parking no problem once we spoke to the car park attendant - really good for the football within a few minutes walk and some decent food places on the street next door

Terrible experience. Arrived to find car park absolutely full. No spaces available despite booking ahead and paying for space. Had to leave vehicle in road on double yellow lines

The issue was were, we going to a rock concert, and the parking space was in fact a car park. There was nothing on the website to indicate it was a paying car park . We considered it to be parking spaces for an office, which would have finished work by the time we arrived. When we arrived the car park was full. Therefore we had to double park on the car park and leave the ref number. Luckily the car was not clamped or towed away. Consideration needs to be given for these type of events in the future and we will look a a private parking space not a car park.....something we have learnt for the future.
