Rockinham car park sheffield. Clean car park and well lit, and near to City hall, bit confused at direction to entry not clear to us oldies directions kept taking us to exit. Also a bit confused on entry, read number plate and let us in but had to take ticket for entry barrier to allow us to enter. Chaotic when leaving but to b expected

Getting out was a nightmare as exit signs not clear
Someone tried to tailgate & the shutter came down & a huge traffic jam / chaos ensued inside the garage - this would be better if there was a line telling people where to wait
