Pre payed via ‘Just Park’ to arrive and there be no spaces available. Had to leave and find alternative parking. The car park is very small. There was also several other cars there at the same time as us experiencing the same issue. I wouldn’t recommend.

There were no spaces when I arrived. What it the point of prebooking and prepaying? A 2.5 hour journey, and no space when you arrive. There are about 40 spaces in this car park, but none for me. Had to drive around for over an hour trying to find a space. Not happy.

The car park was a normal public pay car park. It was completely full , the Liv Student places mentioned were cordoned off and not available
We had to find alternative parking and only just arrived in time for the game..
Have used you before and been satisfied. This time you have taken money under false pretences.

Pre booked car parking space was full up. No measures were in place to reserve the space. Resulting in me paying £10 for an alternate space.
Just park have offered a refund but no compensation for the extra £10 I have spent. Also no explanation for their failure to provide the promised space.
