Pre booked car parking space was full up. No measures were in place to reserve the space. Resulting in me paying £10 for an alternate space.
Just park have offered a refund but no compensation for the extra £10 I have spent. Also no explanation for their failure to provide the promised space.

Ref: Car Park off Napier Street Sheffield.
I booked for 1900 specially for the Sheffield United game, and there were no spaces.
What is the point in booking, if anyone can turn up and take the spaces?
Furthermore, I wasn’t offered a refund, but credit! ( why would I want to risk booking again?)
Awful company, dreadful customer service.
