Reserved 24h parking in Sheffield and it worked, they do what they say

Booking is easy and cheaper than actual rates at car park. Down side - advice given to “press buzzer and speak to car park staff quoting ref number”. I was waiting over 5 mins - which felt like a lifetime with cars waiting behind me as only 2 exits - for them to answer, they never answered just raised the bar eventually.

Stinking. Need god cleaning.

Automatic car recognition for prepaid customers would have been better. Information on how to use the car park need to be updated to reflect the situation of prepaid customers.

Easy to use, press button for a coin when entering and press again when leaving. Give booking ref and reg number to leave. Would use again and great price for overnight on a weekend.

Easy to park and find….quick on exit too

I was a little bit apprehensive after looking at reviews but it was fine, easy to find, lots of spaces (we got there on a saturday at 10 on tramlines weekend) On the way out was two lanes and they answered the buzzer writhing a few seconds and let us out so no holding anyone up behind us which I was worried about after seeing reviews, would use again

No problem with the parking but getting out took 10 minutes as every time the chip was inserted it wouldn't let me out and told me I needed to pay £67.50 in excess charges! Thankfully the operator eventually sorted it out.

I found the car park easily and it was in a great central location. It cost me just over £8 for 5.5 hours I booked online, if I had paid on the day it would have cost me £13. The only criticism I would give is that when I arrived there were very few spaces left and the space I ended up with was impossible to reverse into and very tight to reverse out of. I would use this car park again though.
