Contacted Customer Service as I was in a queue in the University and after waiting for 1h30mins I was the 2nd in the queue. I wanted to extend my parking session as otherwise I would have wated 1h30mins waiting plus would have to do the queue again in a day I was working.
Customer service said I had to remove the car or would be fine and there was nothing they could do.
I suggested if I could contact the owner of the car park and said no as would make things harder, but I knew there were other spaces empty on the other side and would have been happy for 15mins extra I would have taken.
When I arrive back to my car after leaving the queue, there were 3 spaces empty out of 6 and one of the occupied was my car. I just had to take my care out and literally park 10 meters far down the road in another car park that was £2 cheaper!!!
It could have saved me 2h extra of waiting time just to have phoned the car park owner to check or an alternative solution.
There was no sympathy by the customer assistant.
Not happy at all, I would not recommend unless you can stick to time of bookings.
It is a pity I have a booking already done and not have time to be looking for parking around, otherwise I would cancel it.
I give 2 stars because the idea of the app is good.

Parking was central to where I wanted to be, there was a road closure so postcode didn't work, but changed it to road name and it found it easily.
Would recommend as it took the stress out of working where to park on the morning of a conference and saved me money!
