Parking attendant on the gate states bookings are not allowed for this location and asked for payment from me on arrival. When I refused and showed him the app he instructed me to find a space and was left with a very tight space to fit into.

Parked here for a football match at Bramall Lane. However, was shocked to be told by the guy on the entrance that just because I've booked through JustPark it doesn't mean I was guaranteed a space. Due to traffic we got there a little later than planned and only 2 spaces were left and we were able to park fine, 5 min walk away to the ground but his words were "JustPark don't own the carpark and we sell the spaces for £5 on match days so if you were half an hour later you probably wouldn't be able to park even with your reservation" worth bearing in mind in your planning on getting there closer to kick off! I wouldn't use it again based on that information as would prefer somewhere guaranteed.

Keep an eye on the lads who put the cones out then charged for cars to park there, we got there before they did n watched them do it, ideal space for sheff utd lots of food options on way to ground not the easiest to get away from but it is city centre so expected

Very friendly staff and hassle free parking

It was full so drove all the way from Hull to find out we had to find somewhere else last minute. You'd think if you booked, you'd have a space.. want my money refunded if I'll be honest.

Got there to find the car park was full, the bloke on the gate was a useful as a ashtray on a motorbike. Had great delight at smirking at me. Had to go and find somewhere else to park. NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK.
