First downside. My parking space was taken by another car. I had to leave my car opposite the front door, which wasn’t safe.
Second downside. The owner’s mobile number isn’t available.
Third downside. Because of the wait, I was late for my meeting and it caused a lot of unnecessary hassle!

Easy to book, straightforward instructions and a handy place to park. When we arrived there was a car already parked in the space shown in the photo, but we did manage to park in front of the house instead - this was fortunate as we contacted the host but did not receive a reply.
