Booking was easy and the instructions provided were accurate. Finding the space was straightforward too. The space is off the road and tucked behind a fence, so the car isn't really visible from the road, which feels slightly more secure. Just make sure that when you arrive you pull into the correct space which faces the back of the house facing onto Kew road. There are other spaces and if they are empty when you arrive it could be confusing. The space is super-convenient for the Victoria Gate entrance of Kew Gardens which is approximately 150m away along Kew Road.

Space is quite wide and can fit most cars.

Maybe I missed it in the guidance notes but access to the car park space is from a side road. Took a while to, and Google Maps, to find it.
