Kew Gardens station is a stop on the London Underground District Line, between Richmond and Gunnersbury stations, which is also served by London Overground. It is located close to the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew and is easy to find, being sandwiched between Kew Road and the South Circular Road, not far South of the M4.
There are very few off-street car parks in the area, with limited spaces at both the station and nearby Kew Gardens. However, there are a number of on-street spaces in the vicinity with limited restrictions.

There is just one council-operated off-street car park nearby, and it is located at the station itself. Kew Station Forecourt car park (Station Approach, Kew, TW9 3PZ) has very limited space and charges operate 9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday. Parking is free outside of these times, but during hours of operation there is a 2 hour maximum stay in force.

Kew Gardens station is located less than half an hour away from Central London, being on the North London Line of the London Overground and the District Line of the London underground (between Gunnersbury and Richmond stops).
The Ealing to Chessington route 65 and the Richmond to Fulham route 391 London buses also stop near to the station.
Disabled parking
Disabled drivers displaying their Blue Badge can park in all on-street spaces and all council-operated car parks in the Richmond borough, free of charge and for an unlimited amount of time.
Blue Badge holders may also park on single or double yellow lines for up to 3 hours as long as no clearly signalled loading restrictions apply.

There is no dedicated drop-off and pick-up point at Kew Gardens station but the main entrance is accessible by car. However, be aware that this road entrance is the station car park, and is otherwise lined with double yellows – so you cannot stay for any length of time other than to pick up and drop off.
