Safe and secure parking in a gated driveway big enough for 2 spaces. Parking is at the rear of the property in a very safe area.
PLEASE PARK CLOSEST TO THE BACK FENCE AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO THE BACK DOOR.. THANK YOU.
2 minute walk to Preston Train Station and City Centre. 30 second walk to Lancashire County Council and 5 min walk to UCLAN. Someone at home to look after vehicle for peace of mind! Offer a lift/pick up to/from train station if necessary!
NB: Driveway is around the back on Maple Crescent and signposted 35 Bow Lane.
NB: Please park your car close to the fence when on the driveway - also it is much more easier to reverse your car into the driveway - thanks
NB: I also have a car charging point for any electric cars which can be used for a small fee
NB: In the unlikely scenario in which another car is on the driveway, please do not block it in, instead please call me, or ring the doorbell.

Brilliant location just on the edge of Preston city centre. Easy to find thanks to the instructions and clear photo. Perfect for a day at the university, which is just 10 mins walk away.

Such a simple, quick and easy way to park!

Everything was fine until I returned to pick the vehicle up, but some man doing some work in the house behind the where the vehicle was parked, blocked me in. Only for him coming out to get some tools I wouldn't have been able to get out. I knocked on the owners door but no response.
