PLEASE PARK CLOSEST TO THE BACK FENCE AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO THE BACK DOOR.. THANK YOU.
2 minute walk to Preston Train Station and City Centre. 30 second walk to Lancashire County Council and 5 min walk to UCLAN. Someone at home to look after vehicle for peace of mind! Offer a lift/pick up to/from train station if necessary!
NB: Driveway is around the back on Maple Crescent and signposted 35 Bow Lane.
NB: Please park your car close to the fence when on the driveway - also it is much more easier to reverse your car into the driveway - thanks
NB: I also have a car charging point for any electric cars which can be used for a small fee
NB: In the unlikely scenario in which another car is on the driveway, please do not block it in, instead please call me, or ring the doorbell.
