This property/driveway owner needs to extend their dropped kerb/crossover to full width, to accommodate safe entry/exit for the advertised "two parking spaces". Nice clean parking space but on the day I had booked to use it, the empty space was inaccessible via the legally designated dropped kerb in situ because there was another car already on the driveway, blocking access to the empty space. The only way to access the space was via a high kerb and pedestrian pavement - which I was not willing to do so, potentially causing damage to my wheels/tyres and/or tracking in the process. It is also illegal to access a driveway and/or parking space, without a designated dropped-kerb and crossover. If you have a small car, I'd say don't waste your time on this parking space. There is only one dropped kerb/crossover currently in situ = one legal entry/exit point, which is just the width of one car. If another car is already on the driveway blocking the current entry/exit point, then safe access to the other space is impossible. However, if you drive a big 4x4 vehicle, or if you don't really care about potentially damaging your (smaller type) car and you want to break the law by driving over a high kerb and pedestrian pavement - then that's your choice!
