Thought I had successfully booked, as payment done and receipt issued. Arrived to find a blue mini parked in the space. I am a community nurse and the shift was given to me the night before - hence booking quickly. I am asking for a refund please. I had to park in a resident only parking space for the duration of my shift... and so stressed about potentially getting a ticket. disappointed.

Convenient to our home but tried ringing the homeowner to discuss starting the booking earlier (which you can't seem to do on the site) and left a voicemail on the number provided but never heard back from him. Also, the space to park in was actually quite tight due to other vehicles. My mum's Polo just fit but I'd imagine bigger cars might have an issue.
