Booking was easy.
To improve ...
Could have reassured me that the partner company's ANPR had been synced. A bit more instruction about the site. Also, your app said I'd been booked for the whole day, as the period was over the max charge....but my original booking hours were carried through and as I understand it, ANPR will simply use those hours and fine you if you're beyond those. So there was no point saying hours are extended unless that is the case and the time range is updated.
