Grays Road, OX3

I wish I can give a zero star. The day I booked this parking was supposed to be a ver happy moment for me as I was graduating at Oxford Brookes University but I ended up being anxious and worried about missing my graduation day. Luckily for me I got to the address at which I needed to park more than 2 hours before my graduation if not I would have missed it altogether. I got to Grays Road in Oxford and the parking was occupied. I knocked on the door of the property and no one responded. I was there for over 1 hour asking neighbours if they know anyone living in that property and no one had an idea. I tried several times to contact justpark and the owner of the parking slot but no contact details. After explaining to 4 of the neighbours one offered for me to use their parking with a limited time. I gladly accepted but lost all the time to taking memorable pictures with my love ones on my special day before the graduation which was late afternoon. I am very devastated and would not recommend spending over £30 on parking for my peace of mind whilst traveling with kids and elderly parents and going through such stress.
