The space was extremely tight between two other cars. It's also in an area where there is ample free on street parking so felt like a waste of money.

Don't bother - cars parked in the space, probably double booked. Ended up parking around the corner on the street that was free anyway. Called space owner multiple times and left a voicemail and heard nothing. Literally a waste of space.
