Easy to book. Great location for access and egress. Suits me fine.
Andrea B19th August 2026 on TrustPilot
Tight corners in our car put us on edge but overall I would use the car park again as it is stress free in terms of paying and reserving your space.
Anna G2nd August 2026
Much further away from the city centre than we were lead to believe.

Great car park for AO ARENA. Safe and secure. Helpful staff too.
Kelsey C21st June 2026 on TrustPilot
Booked for CitiPark in the AO arena and it did not register our parking and wanted us to pay full price again. Spoke to customer services as my booking was not added to my account prior to the event and no reply (but still charged).
Panagiotis P14th June 2026 on TrustPilot
Good location, easy access
Joanne D30th May 2026 on TrustPilot
Easy to access and exit. Booked and paid online prior to using, all done uaing your registration number. Friendly staff on the customer services booth. Brilliant location for the AO Arena, 2 mins walk around the corner
