Large, safe, off-road parking in quiet cul-de-sac.
This is a large space for off-street parking beside our house on a cul-de-sac. There are concrete bollards one side to protect your car and our house on the other and as you can see from the image it's a wide space so you'll have no trouble fitting between.
***We have installed a bollard to stop unauthorised users parking here so you'll never have that problem. There is a combi lock which you should get the code for upon booking.*** (If you have issues, you can contact Just Park or contact me via mobile.)
It's great for big cars such as the estate in the image. There are no overhanging trees and as shown in the google view, ample shade from the house so it shouldn't overheat.
There are no low hanging trees on your way in, so no height problems if you have things (like bikes) on the roof.
The street is mostly couples and young families and feels very safe. Our area has a low crime rate and there's a public footpath on one side of the space which keeps it safe and makes it quick to walk the 10 minutes into Town Centre, 20 minute walk to Westfield and the Olympic Park and about a 5 minute walk to UEL University.
The house is serenely removed from the bustle of Stratford and it is a very pleasant place to live!
A neighbour's car has been parked there for years and has never had any problems.
