There is an overpowering stench of urine in this car park. The smell was so strong it made my eyes water. We parked on level 7, opposite the bike parking area, and the smell was awful until we were out at street level. This is clearly an ongoing issue as the smell is so bad. The whole car park needs bleach, a power wash and proper security.

I booked my parking online the day before put the car details in got to the carpark and the barrier just opened recognising the car registration ther was security on very nice carpark very pleasant and helpful staff i would 100% use this carpark again.

Barrier would not open on arrival, no one attending the kiosk! Had to get a new ticket and park as if not prebooked, then on leaving guy in kiosk said drive to barrier and it would open. Again stuck holding up traffic exiting for nearly 10 mins
