PRO’S This was a fantastic location for a gated car park, there was a person at the gate most times I walked past (hotel was almost opposite the thistle hotel), it was easy to use and easy to book. 5 out of 5 for ease of booking and entrance/exit of facility.
CONS
The Gate for pedestrians was always open allowing anybody access to the car park.
The smell Sunday morning was horrendous, i could still smell it when I left the car park it was so strong, this could have been where it was on my trainers, I had to walk through (so much pee I couldn’t walk around it) puddles of pee on the staircase on every corner to get to my car to put my luggage in and go and enjoy the rest of the day, on the way back I walked through the car ramps as I could not face walking back though the stairs.

The qr code did not work at the Leicester car park. It did not let us into the building. We had to get a ticket from the machine to get inside. Luckily upon exit there was an attendant who let us out after we showed him that we had a paid parking reservation.

I expected some security on site. Doors wide open allowing anyone to enter. I could not find a space & we around a few time, having to leave my car in an electric bay. Spaces very tight & my door was scratched. food everywhere from party Gowers, urine bottles on the stairwell. I would not use again.

This car park is in a great location and really close to restaurants and theatres. The process for getting in and out of the car park is fantastic with photo recognition of number plates. However, the car park is currently being used as a toilet for everybody in the vicinity. When we came back to our car, we were stepping over pools of urine and the whole place absolutely stank. We got urine all over our shoes. I have never smelt or seen any like it. We will not be going back.
