Parking on Westbourne Terrace, W2

Brilliant, easy to park and instructions were provided straight to the space. Will definitely use again. 10/10 for ease and convenience. Visited Hyde Park and made journey so much easier.

Do not book with these guys!! I booked a space, arrived and it was a bin storage area with a big industrial bin in the area (as it should be) The pic on the advert which only shows half a yellow box is the bin storage, right up again a wall by the entrance of the actually car park. I called the owner on arrival, they said someone will come and move the bin, I was left with no option at this point as I was in a rush so I waited. No1 came for nearly an hour, when they did arrive they couldn't move the bin so disappeared. I called the owner again and they ignored my calls. I had to arrange alternative parking and may still receive a parking fine for waiting in the area too long. Me and my partner missed our Christmas meal reservation and lost our deposit. I have asked the website to help me retrieve compensation from the space owners, I am awaiting the outcome.

Great spot for parking, so close to everything. Just maybe needed some more direction or signage of exactly where to park, but other then that it was great.

Great communication with the owner. Space capable for large vehicles/vans. 100% recommended.

Phot of space(s) shows 4 poitions, which one is for 33? no indication??? The vehicle shown [in the photograph] was in poition 2 and a vehicle was in position 2, so do I use positions 1 or 2?
