Had a fine from a private parking company for parking here, even though the hotel gave me a parking permit which was displayed on the dashboard. Tried to appeal the fine, still ended up paying £100.

Easy to find and a secure location. Had to ring the reception number to get the parking permit once parked up, but staff arrived within a minute and were very helpful with getting me sorted out quickly
Slightly tight park as the spaces are at an angle and there are cars parked on the other side of the street, so wouldn't recommend for anything bigger than a large hatchback unless you're a confident parker

They only have 8 spaces but on Saturday with BST at Hyde Park they had had 10 customers for those 8 spaces. Staff were polite and apologetic to a point, describing it as a glitch but I got the impression that this wasn’t the first time that this had happened so be warned…

Nice people at reception...24/7 access. Park up, go inside to reception (5 metres from parking), show them your booking online, sign in (leave contact number), receive a little parking permit which goes in your window, return the permit when you're done. Toilet inside for visitors. 2 parking bays outside the door are best for access. The other 8 are a bit tight and a couple awkward to get in to, but doable in a Tesla Model Y. Nice area. 20 min walk to BST Hyde Park events. 5 min walk to Hyde Park itself, but you have to walk through a bit of the park to get to the stage site. Have booked the space again already.
