Roseate House London Car Park

Purchased parking and on arrival only had bay 1 available. There was a car parked in the bay opposite which meant it was a tight squeeze for cars to pass. I parked as far back in the bay as I could to try and leave a bigger space between me and the car parked opposite but it was still a tight and not much room and cars were squeezing past so the entire time the car was parked there I was constantly worried about someone scuffing the front of my car on their arrival. When I was leaving a van was trying to squeeze through but couldn’t! I would definitely suggest maybe just having one side parking and maybe a drop off point instead of a parking bay! It’s the only reason I’d avoid here again as I was constantly worried about my car being scuffed during my stay.

The booking process seemed fairly easy, however when I turned up, the allocated spaces (1-8) were all taken. I went into the property to ask about the parking spaces and explained that I had a booking, to which the hotel receptionist told me that JustPark had “double-booked” the spaces and that one was not available which was not what I wanted to hear after a 4 hour drive from Manchester. I was told to park on a single yellow and give them the keys, which understandably I did not want to do. After 20/30 mins of arguing, the receptionist managed to get someone to move their car from a different bay so I could park, where the car was left and no issues after that - but I am giving 3 stars because I had to “fight” to get the space that I’d paid for - very frustrating. Not sure who was in the wrong whether JustPark did actually double-book the space or someone had parked where they shouldn’t even though all the cars had the hotel permits in them. I’d like this following up please to understand what went wrong.

Parking was outside the Roseate House hotel. Staff at hotel were friendly. Filled in a short register and given a parking permit pass to display during our 3 night stay in central London. We extended for a further day with no problems through the app/website too.

Safe parking area, right outside hotel off the main road. Spaces were very tight and probably not suitable for larger 4×4s. Would book again.

We was greeted outside by the concierge, he handed us our parking permit and off we went for a day trip to London. Never thought I could drive into London and pay such a good price to park
