Instructions to parking space hard follow and the owner wouldn’t answer the phone and the space was very narrow just aswell we had a small car

No issues with parking and was easy to find. Only criticism is that space is short even for an average sized car and narrow with the bollards either side.

I booked a parking space in London, when I arrived space is situated just by exit near busy road, the space was very small and I was concerned that my vehicle could be damaged by another vehicle when making exit. I tried to get hold of the owner no number given, then tried to speak to Just Park, no immediate response - response was received a few hours later. As I was already late for appointment took the decision to park somewhere else. Requested a refund from Just Park, but they said I needed to speak the owner which was a waste of time. I believe as I booked through Just Park they should take responsibility, I also believe this is not a suitable parking space for a car, fine for a motorbike.
