Instructions are clear and the space is easy to find. It is a safe area.
Access is tricky as there was a car parked almost across the driveway entrance and another car in the driveway, making it difficult to get in and out on both occasions we used the space.
The space itself is tight. Suitable for smaller cars only.
My mum, who is disabled, was 5 mins late collecting her car at the end of the booking (in middle of heatwave while moving house) and we immediately received a message asking us to extend the booking.
She had asked my husband to come with her to help guide her out as the space is so tricky to manoeuvre in/out of.
While I appreciate that she should not have overrun by any time, the message was not kindly worded and was sent within 4 minutes of the end time of the booking. (The car was moved 1 minute later.)
This would discourage me from booking this space again.
