Park Plaza Victoria Car Park

There was no signage for the carpark. i had to park in the road and go into the Hotel reception to find out that I needed to go into a goods lift to get to the carpark.

Very dirty, the hotel was storing construction material everywhere. Was hard to get into the car due to this. I couldn’t pull all the way into a space because of drywall leaned against the walls.

Great secure car park, just a little scary that the car goes in a lift!

Very strange experience getting a car lift down to the parking garage, but very easy and had no issues, would have been better with some clearer instructions about where to go, but after we found out it was underneath the hotel all good, easy enough to get in and out, recommend this place to parln

The parking was good and very convenient. Only one downside is after our car was park it was slightly difficult to find the way out.

I found it incredibly hard to find entrance as I was looking fir a sign (none) but otherwise was happy with convenience of the system but please put a sign up as this is on a double red line so unable to stop and look

Easy to book. Selection of dates and locations easy to find. Always excellant value. The idea of offering the insurance to protecvt the car should it be damaged is brilliant.

Fantastic location, outside congestion charge zone. Safe and spacious. Competitively priced!

Checking the car into the underground car park was easy. Note that the vehicle lift (elevator) is narrow so any vehicle wider that 1700mm would not to get into the lift.

Very limited room, as building materials were all over the place. These prevented you from opening doors safely without hitting paintwork on door. Slots were extremely tight with some being blocked by barriers to hold more buildings material.
