Car was parked on the driveway so I couldn't use it. Contacted the owner and got no response. Had to find another place to park at twice the cost last minute.

Parking all good. Only slight issue was existing car park. The ' barrier release ' in the app wouldn't/didn't open it. Had to call for assistance.

Good concept, in this particular instance poorly implemented. The button on the webpage didn't work to open the barrier, it kept saying I was too far away. I couldn't get any closer to the barrier so I had to reverse.
In the end I had to go and pay for parking at the meter so I could exit the underground car park.
I wouldn't use the service again for this carpark but it may be ok for other carparks where you don't have to rely on a webpage.

couldn't use the app or email instructions to "Open Gate". had to call the help desk on the machine at the barrier to let me out.

The barrier didn't open. Had to call helpline and took a long time for person to understand the issue. Their English wasn't great and they couldn't get my registration number

I checked my bank accont, There are two payments of £6.69 (by Just Park) & £9 (by Business Design Center) for this parking. It quoted me just £6.69. Why is there additional charge of £9?
