Julia K18th July 2026
Could not get into the app to lift the barrier as didn’t have any phone coverage. So ended up having to pay twice to get out.
Colin A3rd July 2026 on TrustPilot
I paid for parking for 3 hours at the Business Design Centre.
I was 15 minutes late so expected to pay more but not £18….
Please explain why it was so much?
Miss Z13th May 2026 on TrustPilot
Very easy process. Made my trip to London stress free. Parking was a bit tight, so if you can’t reverse park well it could be tricky.
Eliana T7th February 2026
Tight but ok
Raphael D23rd December 2025
The car park did not open and I was forced to pay twice
Lee C3rd December 2025

Hugh J23rd October 2025 on TrustPilot
No wifi at exit barrier, so the email app wouldn't work on my tablet.

All good apart from your barrier exit system . Make it simple !
Kate C24th September 2025 on TrustPilot
Easy booking, fair prices. Barriers to car park opened automatically upon arrival, but to exit we needed to find the email, click through a link and click a button to open the barrier. All a bit much when you have the sat nav on and there’s a queue behind you.
