The convenience of parking near where I needed to be for the day was outstanding as was the cost.£9.44. Great value. Trying to actually book on the website was really frustrating. Was really challenging to actually pay. Got sent round the houses and took over half hour. But would recomend

The lady in the basement flat seemed unaware of the arrangement and told me that I couldn't park there. I told her I had paid and after some time she relented. I messaged Christian B, but he never responded. It was all fine in the end, but communication needs to be improved
