Parking on The Drive, NW11

I parked here a second time in error on Sunday 29th Sept after several days of visits to hospitals. Following a call fron Just park returned two hours later and apologised profusely to the owner and offered to pay £10 for the two hour parking - but I was greeted with a message on my vehicle demanding £200 and my vehicle was blocked in by the owner so a "confrontation" was unavoidable as I had to ring the bell. The Just Park owner were annoyed that I has "parked for free" (I HAD paid Just Park) and despite my full apology and offer with a geniune explanation for my error ( my 88 year father had the other day survived a life saving operation - my concentration was at an all time low ) the owner continued a hateful torrant of abuse. If a passenger gets on a wrong bus and it's a genuine error you would not expect a hateful attitude from the driver. This Just Park member wants all the benefits of hiring a driveway and nothing else. I certainly will not be using this address again. There was not much length to the driveway for my 4 door car. The attitude was the thing - there was no call for such spiteful attitude. I am sorry for my mistake - it was genuine!

First time using and would definitely do again - only 2 minutes walk to underground. Perfect location for day out in London

Brilliant!! Instructions and direction were on point. Found the parking space easily. was able to enjoy my day knowing I am parked in a safe space.

Owner was lovely when we arrived from East Midlands, she offered my 7 y/o son a biscuit and even asked if we needed to stop to feed our 7 week old son, which was so lovely! My son says thank you for the chocolate coins, really appreciate using your space for our trip! Recommend and will be back soon!

Easy to find & so handy for the station

Very easy to find, plenty of room for my car. Couple mins walk down the road to the station, perfect

Great parking space - extremely convenient and no issues

All aspects of the booking, finding the address, and safety at the property was exemplary and I was totally satisfied. Located within 2 mins walk of Brent Cross Underground station is very convenient as this enables people like me to park outside central London and use the underground network to go about my errands. All in all, a highly recommended parking place.

Great space and easily fits two vehicles if parked correctly. Great for using Brent Cross Tube Station - 2 minutes walk away.

Nice and tidy and secure driveway. Only 3 minutes walk from Brent Cross tube station. Didn't have a chance to meet an owner but I can definitely recommend.
